1. What are your shipping policies?

Orders take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to process and ship, but it can be sooner. If you have an urgent timeframe, please call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that this does not include delivery times, which vary across the country. This applies to new orders only.

2. Is there sales tax added to the order?

Only shipments to California pay sales tax.

3. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are based on the price of an item. Shipping cost is listed on the shopping cart — all you need to do is add an item to your cart. Most of the time we pay the freight costs. Contact us for shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, or foreign countries.

4. What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your light fixture for any reason, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund. If your fixture arrived damaged, please notify us and the shipping company immediately. We will pay the shipping cost if the error is our fault. Otherwise, the shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that custom designed fixtures not listed on our website are not refundable.

5. Do your products come with a warranty?

We proudly stand behind all our light fixtures with a 5 year warranty.

6. How do you install the lanterns?

It is extremely simple to install our light fixtures. All of our fixtures come with a simple installation kit. Contact us if you need further assistance.

7. Can I get a samples of the metals and glass used before I decide?

Yes, for a nominal $10.00 charge, we will ship you a complete sample kit containing all of the metals and glass used in our lamps. The sample kit is shipped free of charge and is highly recommended if you are unsure about your design choices. Click here to add the sample kit to your shopping cart.

8. Are your lighting fixtures UL/ETL approved?

All of our lighting fixtures have been scientifically tested, certified and labeled by ETL , which is equivalent to UL (Underwriter Laboratories). Fixtures have been appropriately wet or damp label approved depending upon their intended location.

9. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Sorry, we can not ship our lighting fixtures to a post office box.
